		Question: What is yourcommission ?

Answer: 5% for rentals, just for the first year .


		Question:Do we have to pay any government tax?

Answer:Yes just for Jordanian Nationalities , which is 2% from the annual rent.


		Question:Do you accept rentaloffersfor less thanone year?

Answer:No, maybe just for six month.


		Question:Can we require any insurance (Deposit) for the apartment?

Answer:Yes, only if it was a furnished apartment.


		Question:About services (electricity, water, guard, andtelephone....etc)is itincluded from the rental amount?

Answer:No, The tenant has to pay the all bills.
